Contest Brief

With 24 products over 8 product lines, we are looking for a jar label and box (package) design for a new organic cosmetic product based on our existing face care line. BONUS - more work will follow for the CONTEST WINNER!

We would like the new product label and box to extend from (and leverage / improve upon) our existing Skin Care Line Design theme (Vitamin C Serum image below), yet still maintain congruence with our existing branding.

We are looking for ideas for the label and package layout and a fit with our existing brand 'look and feel'. We are interested in a design hybrid between the earthy, organic and warm color pallet, with the clean branding of the more mainstream market. We are looking to move our color pallet closer to the tones seen on our website. Go to: http://mistayaskincare.com/products-2/

We have included our existing logo, fonts, label and box templates in an adobe illustrator (.ai) file, and included the label and packaging text and dimensions below. We have also included images of brand design direction ideas we think will fit our market.

Label dimensions:
Horizontal Length: 190 mm
Vertical Height: 40 mm

Box dimension:
68mm (length) x 68 mm (width) x 66m (height)

Product name:
English: Flawless Face Exfoliant
French: Gommage du Visage Impecable
Size: 3.3 oz e 95 ml

Output: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files in CMYK for printing - same resolution or better than template files.

P.S. Skills not mentioned: 3D rendering is an asset for future projects.

Kenza - If I understand your question correctly, the box will open on the top and bottom only, with tabs as per the attached .ai box template. Let me know if this makes sense - parker / amalia

Hi Kenza ... the .ai file templates and the jar image are now uploaded - thanks for letting me know. The 3.3 oz jar dimensions are 64 mm (diameter) x 61 mm (height) and 200 mm in circumference.

Hi Amalia, Can you confirm me that the jar is similar to the "Juice Beauty" jar? There are no .ai template attached, can you details me which opening you want for the box?
