Contest Brief

Please see attached SPIES Logo to be used in Real Estate Signs. I need the text in the logo below the SPIES to change to from Real Estate Group LLC to Real Estate Brokers.

You will be designing a yard sign for real estate. Sign is to be used to sell homes or for sale sign. Needs to include the following information:

1. Spies Logo
2. the words "For Sale"
3. A space for a name i.e. John Doe
4. A space for a phone number 541-111-1111
5. A space for a URL www.spiesre.com
6. A version with a space for a head shot of a realtor and a version without.

color scheme: red, white, blue, black. WE REALLY WANT THESE SIGNS TO POP and look like a large franchise. To get some ideas please google and look at the signs from these major companies, RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker, Century 21. We do want our signs to be unique. The size of these signs could vary depending on the design. We are okay with rectangular signs horizontally.
