Hi there -

I need to have tickets printed for a school event. The format is a raffle with stubs.

The first attachment entitled voucher layout gives the specs for the layout.

1. On the left hand side of the stub ... please simply place the Knynsna Montessori School logo (second attachment) and the words ' GOOD LUCK!'
2. On the right hand side please place the logo for the spur school mountiin bike league near the top (attached).
With wording below:

WIN ONE OF SIXTEEN INCREDIBLE PRIZES IN THE KNYSNA MONTESSORI 'PICK A BOX' GAME...

Prizes valued at over R10 000 with big prizes sponsored by:

3. Below that please insert the logos attached: Teniqua, Dune, cloud, monkey etc (3 logos), Knysna Health, Barbara Pretorious

4. Somewhere on ticket please indicate clearly R10 per ticket. (All cycle entrants qualify for a free ticket)

5. Please also add. Prize winners must be present at prize giving, and present their numbered tickets to claim prizes!

6. It would be nice if the school logo could also appear on the right hand ticket stub - even if small!

Please ensure that the specs supplied in the voucher template have been adhered to with the correct bleeds etc having been observed as this has to go to print in 5 hours and there can be no amendments thereafter.

Please stick with the colours the clients have given for their logos and the blue of the Knysna Montessori School logo for the rest of the wording - all onto a white background please. Does this clarify?
