Contest Brief

We need 2 5x7 postcard ads designed for a restaurant.
first is direct to local businesses, second ad will be mailed to residences

I have also provided the logo
I have also included examples of the type of ad we find appealing.
Creative Material
1. Mail outs for business
a. The creative should be consistent with our brand.
i. Colours: black, white, red
ii. Food and Drink focused
b. 20% off meal, excluding alcohol and specially priced items
c. “available for corporate bookings”
2. Mail out for residential
a. The creative should be consistent with our brand.
i. Colours: black, white, red
ii. Food and Drink focused
b. Carrot: 20% off meal, excluding alcohol and specially priced items
c. Possibly list our specials
i. Monday: $3 tacos all night
ii. Tuesday and Wednesday: $1 oysters all night
iii. Thursday: $4.50 bar rail all night
iv. Friday and Saturday: Live DJ and Wine feature night

Well, I’m currently a Faculty Member at Meera Bai Institute of Technology, New Delhi, wherein, I impart knowledge about design, typography and various digital media. Previously, I worked as a trainee / designer in several advertising agencies and have also been one of the Faculty at College of Art, New Delhi. I’d like to share my experience with students in graphic and broadcasting design. This may help them to acquire knowledge in designing, photography, web designing and craft oriented work.
