Accent on Chapel

A new building development in Brisbane Australia.
Residential Apartments/Condos

Need a logo (for front of building, marketing material) and Branding corporate image. (Letterhead, Email footers, etc)

Would like an actual Accent on the A in accent (like the French have)
Open to all ideas and remember this is an apartment building where apartments are $500k to $600k per unit

It has to look fairly HIGH END. Attached are files of the building

Also the building itself is on a hill... In fact its on top of a hill and I would somehow like to portray this in a sleek modern way in the logo... Hence the name accent! because the accent on a word is usually on the top.

When you say "accent" (like the french), I assume you mean diacritical marks? [for eg. à OR â]
I should however inform you that the word 'accent' in french does not contain any of these marks. Would you still like it in the logo?
