Contest Brief

We're looking for Logo, Website and Stationary design for a new Solar Roof Top system installation company. The product we are selling/installing greatly reduces the current per cost of solar systems to about 1/2 to 1/3 of what similarly sized systems have costed to date. So we are looking for an Identity that reflects the following:
- Green Energy
- Lower the home owners energy costs
- Solar Power
- Modern latest technology
- Greener and sustainable Future with renewable Energy
- Logo should show clearly that we install solar roof tops, Green Energy, Energy Savings
This design should include a Logo, Website mock up, Business card, Customer Proposal mock up, Door Hanger, and Vehicle wrap mock up for a car and Pickup Truck.
The vehicle wrap design needs to be clean and reflect on first glance what we do and how to get a hold of us and be eye catching/visible from a distance.

I've included some logo's that I like, here is what I like about them:

Logo 1: reflects solar panel but is missing a sun and something that says green sustainable future
Logo 2: reflects solar panel, showing sun and a "Green" leaf indicating "Green/Sustainable." but is more an image than a logo.
Logo 3: Tree reflects "Green/Sustainable" and Rooftop but is missing any sign of Solar & Sun
Logo 4: I like the Icon look but it's not a logo.. And does not reflect Green/Sustainable

I'm not saying the logo must have Roof, Sun, Solar Panel and a leaf/Tree just trying to give an impression of what I see as missing.

To all that have participated. There were a lot of really good submissions on here. It was very hard to pick a winner, so I left it to the masses and had a Poll with the top 6 entries. While it was close, one stood out: #93 . It is clean, dynamic has good colors and sends a clear message. To those that did not win the contest, I hope you will be able to use your designs with a different company. I hat that I can only choose one but #93 it is.

I'm guessing many of you late entries submitted your designs at the last minute so other would not copy your designs. You should trust the contest holder that they will not accept a design that is a blatant copy of an earlier submission.

To those that are just now submitting, I have a poll going for the top 5 designs. I am not going to restart the poll to include yours because then people would have to vote again after just voting. Sorry but you should not have waited until the last minute. There were a few VERY nice logo's in there.

I really think this logo would be a good representation of your business and it'll look good wherever you put it.
