Contest Brief

I have a small company that needs an image makeover. I have attached several files so you can see what I am currently using and what information is needed for each item. The only item I DO NOT want to change is the front of my business card. Overall, I am looking for a very sophisticated, clean, edgy style that works well with my business card. I need a separate file for each of the items mentioned below (including all the different uses of the logo):

Logo - My current logo is on the back of my business card, and am not very impressed with it. I like the simplicity, however, think it could be improved. The essence of my logo needs to be carried throughout all my marketing materials, specifically:
- Facebook banner
- Back of business card
- Header file (online) for proprietary software (745 x 85 pixels)
- Header file (print) for proprietary software (670 x 85 pixels)
- Footer file for proprietary software (670 x 85 pixels)

Business Card - I am very satisfied with the front of my card, however, I want to change the logo on the back of the card, keeping the current color scheme (both front and back).

Company Letter Head - I absolutely hate my current design. The information contained on the page is important to keep, but needs a style makeover!

Folded Note Cards (Horizontal) - I do not have one currently. Card Size is to be 5.5 inches wide by 4 inches tall.

Yard Signs - I do not have one yet. Only requirements are that it is 50% red, fits within 24 inches wide by 32 inches tall with 1/2 inch bleed, and my name and phone number cannot be in a larger font than "KellerWilliams" name and phone number. Attached pictures are samples other brokerages are using. The rules have recently been changed and many of the example signs do not conform to the rules I listed above. I prefer to use the name "Sarah K" or "Sarah K Realty" on the signs.

Thank you for all the submissions. I am looking for a logo with a bit of artistic flare. In general, please avoid using a house anywhere in the logo, as it is very typical in my industry and I'm hoping to stand apart.
