Please note that we already have a logo (see zip file CorporateIdentity.zip attached) which we would like to keep. However any ideas on a refresh of our logo to give it a more professional appeal are welcome.

The NextGen Group is a Value Added Technology Distributor of industry leading Network, Security and Digital Media Solutions. Currently we are using various documents which do not have a common design and lack a professional appeal. Therefore we require a distinct design with professional appeal across all documents which will form the new Corporate Identity of the NextGen Group.

Apart from the design, an important element in the selection criteria will be that all templates are fully functional documents and not just vector graphics (see more details in the attached document "Develop Corporate Identity for IT Distributor.docx").

The selection process for the contest requires you to provide your designs for the logo refresh, Business Card, E-Mail Signature, Letterhead and Documentation template. Please also provide examples of E-Mail signatures, MS Word and MS Excel based template documents which you have created in the past to demonstrate that you also have the technical skills to integrate your design into these document formats. Based on your submissions we will nominate the successful bidder who will then be able to deliver the final documents.

We value the time which everyone invests in participating in our contest and assure you that this will not be wasted effort. We will provide you with honest and detailed feedback during the contest so feel free to provide us with any preliminary drafts you are working on. Also please contact us in case you would like to clarify any of our requirements.

General Requirements for all documents
- all text elements have to be fully editable
- if special fonts are used for text elements then please provide the font file so that we are able to edit this text. (by special fonts we mean all fonts not commonly installed on MAC and Windows)
- where possible any special fonts should be embedded into the document (so that users do not have to install them)
