  - Good exposure of you work.
  - Easy to get reviews.
  - Customer can shoose a design that is most suited to them.
  - Good way to build your portfolio.
  
  
  
  Disadvantages:
  - Not guaranteed pay after completing a job (someone else might win).
  - Hard to adjust design to suit customer.
  - Difficult to communicate with customer.
