a) further develop it and install it on a hosted platform provided by us on using Drupal 8 / Drupal 9

c) Have installed all modules from the list using Drush module_list_news_site.txt

f) Provide documentation and also documentation of commands from Drush

With patience I observed and number of times had to remind what has to be done. Probably there was part of failure on our side as well as we have wrontly assigned this project via contenst for very high price and it could not be reverted.
