I need some edits done to the attached flyer "congrats form". I have attached the flyer in PDF as well as JPG.

Edits Needed (from top to bottom)
Under the chaos logo at the top right corner, please change the website to: www.ChaosSoccer.net

Please change the 2014/2015 to 2015/2016

Please change the silhouette of the player on the right side, to the image of the player attached "Anna dribble" please
make sure she is diecut and you do not use the entire picture.

Toward the bottom above the Chaos logo, please change the year to 2015/2016

At the bottom, please delete the www.grosseilesoccergisa.com website and REPLACE IT WITH
a Facebook icon and facebook.com/Grosseilesoccer

LASTLY, please make this a white background (paper) not gray.
