Uniforms: Adidas is customizing one of our uniform kits. This customization takes time, and it is required that you turn in your uniform order form immediately. We will not be responsible for a uniform not arriving in time if you fail to turn in the uniform order form in a timely matter.

Payment Terms: DOWN PAYMENTS can be made by check, credit, or cash. MONTHLY PAYMENTS by credit/debit or echeck online via the chaossoccer.net website are highly recommended. If you must pay by check or cash please make arrangements with the Director of Coaching, Kyle Lesperance.

Hello! I have done this task. I have to ask, before I submit this work to you, If there is possibility to move up "Uniforms" and "Payment terms" since there is not enough space because the new text is bigger than the old one. Thank you!
