Contest Brief

Need to enhance the current logo. There will be more work for the winning party. See the logo attached for how the text should look, you could use any similar font type as long as it looks the way it currently does. Please provide PSD at the end and make sure all the elements can be used transparently. I'm going to need a light and dark version, suitable for those background colours.
