Contest Brief

I need a book cover for a fantasy fiction novel I wrote. Here are some things you'll need to know.

Name of the Book:
Gate to Gillan
The Rise of Vikion

Type of art 1940's style.

Option 1: Year 1938 Czechoslovakia

Trosky Castle in background you can find it on the web

Main character is a 16 year old boy, lanky, dark brown mop of hair

He has an old book in one hand that is open and the pages are glowing, and a small metal ball the size of a golf ball that glows blue in his other hand.

He is wearing a black shirt with a white "S" painted on it.

There is a magic opening in the rock under the castle with light shining out of it.

There is a small man only stands as high as the boys knee cap with him. He has long blond hair, and a fu manchu with 11 colorful beads on each side. He has decorative clothes, a quiver with metal arrows a bow, and a belt full of knives.

Option 2: The same boy from above standing on a meadow with the face of mountain behind him. 2 knights in all black armour with swords drawn facing him. All 3 people are surprised as a griffin the size of a horse is landing in the middle of them.

Option 3:

Same boy in a dimly lit cave staring face to face at a man with shinny black skin about 10 feet tall hunched over with a tail and only clothing is a loin cloth. Man has huge dark shinny eyes very strong, but looks kind. The boy would be holding the book and the ball in his hand and fist.

If all goes well, I need more images created for inside this and 4 other books.
