i have added a three logos that i have found online that i somewhat like.
just wanted to see if you play off these ideas

i need a logo for a friend
my friend is about 40 years old and has played major sports most of his life
highschool, college, and professional football

so he has been in sports and fitness all his life. But now he has started his own business and he is a certified
Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Fitness Nutrition specialist

he is motto is " A Workout is a Personal Triumph over Laziness & Procrastination "
that is just his motto. just wanted to give you an idea about his style
he is pretty hard core about workouts

he likes colors of black and blue ( PMS 542 )

his personal name is Roy Young
