THIS IS A CONTEST TO ESTABLISH A LONG LASTING BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP.

I am not a person that enjoys having to micro manage employees, that is how I came up with this Challenge. This is for a person that has ideas and want to use someone else's money to do it! I need out of the box thinkers that are creative and ready to establish a long-term relationship. Complete my challenge and you will be first in line for my next one paying $1500.

I will keep in contact with the top 3 ideas, just in case my choice doesn't achieve my goal.

You say "This is for a person that has ideas and want to use someone else's money to do it!" Can you clarify if this means there will be a marketing budget to help with marketing? Where does your investment come in to help make this happen?

I am not asking the freelancer to purchase anything. I will be purchasing all things needed, Also, I have experience building websites myself so I know what I am asking is not impossible.
