  Please see the attached folder for samples of what we need. The sign-up page in the attached folder is just a reference for our company colors. The Blue Color for the top border is 1EC7FF psd. WE DO NOT NEED ANOTHER SIGNUP PAGE.
  
  We would like you to create the 3 pages for the "Step 1 Profile Picture"
  (Please refer to the image Page 3 #1)
  
  After you recreate Page 3 #1 simply lay a "Take a Profile Picture" image on top of it. (as if the user selected the option "Take a photo with your Webcam) You now have created the second jpeg.
  
  The third jpeg is laying a image crop tool like #10 did on top of what you created to allow a person to save the image they either uploaded or took from there webcam.
  
  FOCUS ON RE-CREATING PAGE 3 #1. The other two images are just laying a simple image on top of it.
  
  Please be creative with the layout. There are many more pages to complete for the best Freelancer.

  Some questions:
  1. Do we need keep style of your existing web page? We have only one picture from attached files (Sample for Color Theme.jpg). If you have no design now, then please write about style that you prefer. This info will help make work correctly.
  2. Do you need something like image capture / crop tool for second jpg? Then third jpg: make Thumbnail (from captured jpg?)???? To make right works, please write the logic for script in this action ( for second jpg and third jpg)
  ...Sorry for my english (it is not my language).

     The style of the sample page in the attached folder is just for reference. We are looking for someone to create a professional Look. But please use the color of the page as mentioned 1EC7FF.
     
     2. The second jpg should simply lay a "Take a Profile Picture" on top of the previous image you created. If a user selected "Take a Photo with your Webcam" the second jpg. would pop up.
     
     3. The third jpg. will be the image crop tool to adjust and save the image like your #10 . (If someone selected
     "upload your photo from your computer" after uploading there photo the third jpeg would also allow them to adjust there photo beofre saving..

     Thanks for your entry but we do not need the sign-up page. We need someone to create PAGE 3. The Signup page in the attached folder is to be used only for Color References.

     I need 3 designs. The 3 designs are for the FIRST STEP of the registration process: 1) Add a profile image 2) Take a picture via webcam 3) Adjust profile image. Step 2 and 3 are just adding the 2 extra featues on top of what you create in step 1. Make sense??
