Can you please provide png for your logo to be used on the home page?
Also, do you want it in complete white like the prezi logo on their home page or in the original colors of your logo?

  This will have a new site which has no logo yet.
  I like the white prezi logo .... (but) the attached word contains a background image (background.zip) this has its colors maybe you can use everywhere else.
