Contest Brief

We require a new name for our in house restaurant.
- They will be serving a mix of Australian/Italian Cuisine, and will be catering to Weddings.
- It is in a golf club, however we are trying to avoid a 'Golfy' name.
- We want to avoid the term Bistro.

A history of the venue/caterers:
- Howlong is located on the Murray River on the border of NSW and Victoria.
- The directors of the catering business are Meaghan and Penny.
- The cuisine is varied between Australian and Classic Italian with a focus on fresh produce.
- The previous name was The Windmill Bistro.
