#### **Project Overview**

We are seeking a talented web developer/designer to build a comprehensive, single-page website to act as a lead magnet and client qualifier for a new government contracting consulting service led by "MAC," a former government approvals officer with 30+ years of insider experience.

This is a **high-value, low-complexity project** ideal for a freelancer who can work quickly and efficiently. The goal is a polished, functional, and visually professional site with a clear funnel.

#### **Key Deliverables**

1. **Fully Functional, Single-Page Landing Page:**
* **Content:** The page must contain the full content of our provided "Top 3 Mistakes" guide, formatted cleanly and professionally. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1k5pELCJDHvzpki_sKOjAHHU56LdDgBjgdI_m0-glsWQ/edit?usp=sharing
* **Lead Capture:** The page must have a prominent form to capture name and email/phone in exchange for the guide and a chance at webinar access (this will be done by a drawing from entries) in Jan 2026.
* **Responsiveness:** The entire page must be fully responsive and look great on both desktop and mobile devices.

2. **Interactive AI Chatbot:**
* **Functionality:** The chatbot must be integrated into the landing page. We have a detailed JavaScript code file for its functionality, including a multi-step conversation flow.
* **Lead Qualification:** The bot should be able to answer FAQs and, crucially, ask a series of qualifying questions to sort visitors.
* **Lead Handoff:** The bot must have a built-in contact form to capture qualified leads (name, email, phone, message).

#### **Specific Requirements & Assets Provided**

* **Design & Branding:** The look and feel should be professional, authoritative, and trustworthy. We will provide a color palette (`#002147` - deep navy, `#B8860B` - muted gold/bronze) and a logo concept for reference.
* **Landing Page Content:** The full text for the one-page guide, including the headline, body text, and call-to-action, will be provided to the selected candidate.
* **Chatbot Code:** The complete HTML/CSS/JavaScript code for the chatbot will be provided. The primary task is to integrate it seamlessly into the landing page and, for the backend, set up a simple script to receive and process the contact form data.
* **Aesthetics:** The final design must be clean, elegant, and avoid any "stock photo" look. The aesthetic should align with high-level professional services.

#### **Target Audience**

Our audience includes government contractors and business owners who are struggling to win bids, understand complex regulations, or navigate contract compliance. They are looking for expert, insider guidance.

#### **Budget & Timeline**
