Hi Folks!

This hiring challenge is part of the interview process for a Full-time Video editor position at a growing legal services- and software business (www.42law.com, www.allactivity.com, www.42escrow.com). We are a remote-first business, with senior members of our legal services and software engineering team based in Austria and India.

The winner will receive the stated prize PLUS an offer to work as a full-time employee for our companies.

TASK - We are looking to convert a blog article into a great video which will combine text and graphics animation along with the voiceover.

DESCRIPTION - Your task will consist on creating a GREAT video following the document we attach which is divided into:

1) Script: This is what the voiceover should say. You can quickly create it with clipchimp or any other tool and then synch it. Also, in this column you will find higlighted words that MUST show up on screen (with kinetic text type animations).

2) The second column will show you a detailed explanation of HOW this words have to show up in the screen. Please, always keep in mind we want flashy, cool, engaging and rythimic animations that are exciting to watch.

3) In the third column, you'll see details on which graphics we are expecting to see and how those should show up in the screen.

You will quickly realize that all three columns are perfectly synched so that you can easily create the whole video matching 1) Voiceiver, 2) Text and 3) Graphics.

REMEMBER: This is a challenge to be eligible for a full-time position as our video editor for social media videos, which will include much more than just blog article videos :)
