REQUEST :

Draw existing home and draw changes/upgrades for remodel.
I would like to see some options to remodel the look of my current home.

STYLE:
I like the modern, contemporary style very much so the drawings should reflect that.

DETAILS:
I need to maintain most of the current structure for cost and permitting guidelines (existing walls).
I just upgraded the roof and would like to not have to lose that investment.
Mostly a facade change but the option to add square footage with a second story towards the back of existing structure via an addition like a master bedroom and bathroom. What I mean here is you can add onto the existing structure by just adding another room (needs a bigger master and second bathroom) or also add to the structure by an addition AND a second floor ONLY to that addition keeping the rest of the home single story to protect the new roof investment.

I will be changing the windows out in the very near future (casement style impact glass, that is why they are shown that way in one of the drawings.)
I also will be opening up the front and moving the existing front door allowing for a nice covered entry. (also shown in the one of the drawings)

INCLUDED PHOTOS:

Existing structure and layout.
Survey with measurements of structure and property
New render of small changes described above.

REQUIRED:
I expect front and rear elevations and floor plan once complete. (a 3D render would be a nice plus).

NEXT STEPS:

IF I PICK YOU, there can be the option to add another project to continue working together.
