I'm looking for someone to create a single-family detached house plan that meets my specific requirements. I already have a detailed layout in mind, and would like the plan to include some special features. If you have experience creating house plans and think you have what it takes to meet my needs, I'd love to hear from you.

I have an exact dimensions and shape of the house boundaries and it is attached below with dimensions. The house is 2.5 Floors and I want the following items to be planned in the house:-

First Floor (Ground Floor):-
1) Dry Kitchen (10 x 15)
2) Wet Kitchen (12 x 15)
3) Pantry (5 x 10)
4) Store Room (10 x 10)
5) Informal Dining Room
6) Formal Dining Room
7) Informal Living Room
8) Formal Living Room
9) Parents Bedroom with Walk-in Closet and Attached Bathroom
10) Small Nanny (Servant Room with Washroom)
11) Pooja Room
12) Guest Bedroom with Walk-in Closet and Attached Bathroom
13) Powder Room
14) Elevator Shaft provision

Second Floor:-
1) 2 x Regular Bedrooms with Wall-in closet and attached bathroom
2) 1 x Master Bedroom with walk-in closet and attached bathroom
3) Elevator Shaft provision
4) Living Room 2
5) Office Room

Third Floor:-
1) Home Theater Room
2) Gym
3) Utility Room
4) Terrace

The Plot is North Facing and We need the house to be on east side of the plot with the house main entrance on the west side as per plan
