Contest Brief

I need a 2D raster design that I have created converted to HTML 5 Scalable Vector Graphics that will be used an a responsive website.

I need the resulting code supplied in both .SVG file format as well as a sample HTML document with the code placed inline , and contest entries will be evaluated based on these 2 functional files submitted by each contestant - submission of JPG, GIF, PNG or other raster images will not qualify.

I have attached 2 JPGs of the design and colors respectively. I want the resulting SVG graphics to have a default resolution of 600 x 600 pixels. It should look beautiful, and both the graphics as well as the text on it should scale perfectly. You can use whichever color scheme you wish as I'll be changing it afterwards anyway.

*As a little side note, something that is not clear on the attached designs: with reference to the 'colors' JPG, please note the center part of the design that has all the same colors should have no internal lines, and I want a dummy sentence of approx 5 words to go into that area also.

This work should take no longer than 1 hour for a person with experience in creating SVG graphics. Adobe illustrator easily exports to SVG.
