I need a glow image to be separated from the background

Contest Brief

Hi,

I uploaded two images, one is a background with nothing on it, and the second is a background with a glow over it.
What I am looking for is to have a separate png image of the glow so that I can put it over the background and gives me the same results as in picture 2.

So the output should be a png file that I can put over picture 1, to get the same result of picture 2(the one with the glow)


Note :
