I need a logo designed. redesign company Logo:

Looking for a re-design of our LOGO for an ios and Android app. Must be scalable to use on websites, as icons, and other graphic design needs.

Logo is for a company - TDQ Solutions, LLC a quality cleaning company .

So the features of the LOGO are to be as follows:
1. the letters "TDQ"
2. the word "TDQ SOLUTIONS LLC " and/or "TDQ Power Washing"
3. the tagline "total devoted quality"
4. Company colors are navy blue and burnt orange
