I need a Logo for the identity of my brand

Hello, I looking for a Identity to represent my Brand, I would like something using format of a Molar Tooth.
I wanna that the molar have vintage lines, something clean and usual for a dental laboratory.
I plan to use the logo on the shirt pocket polo and visit business cards.
My identity use the name "Teeth Maker".

The logo must have:
Name: Teeth Maker
The tooth: drawn of a molar tooth with root
Colors: your choice, but minimum two, keeping clean.
Remember: It is for a health area representation, show that it is healthy and great quality.
