I asked you to remove my preloader from your server and use instead the winner one's but it seem like you are ignoring my warning... so I will ask you for the last time to do so or pay for it... otherwise I will report your account here and your website will be flagged in google and other search engine for copyright infringement and maybe I will contact your hosting and domain provider to put it down.

  in Flash yes but the contest is for a Gif animation and manare posting images of such animation but I guess they will deliver it in flash instead of Gif... flash will need JS script to be able to communicate with the browser and check the loading... this is kind of useless and it will not work in many situations (ipad... JS disabled, flash blockers...)
