Contest Brief

Need a design for the Landing page.
Don't need a complete mock-up design. Things I need to design/change is show in the attachment.

Need four image in the background.
the background image should have similar color tone as website (green) or whatever make it looks good. upwork.com front page is a good example.
The background should be meaningful to the website, not some random photo. The website is about bidding. so the possible idea would be something like, 1. save money, find good worker, achieve target, etc
The website is relate to real estate, but don't just make a nice looking house/room in the background image, unless it show the meaningful idea as above.

Need to design a better looking icon for the 3 steps.

Change the background image in the section.

All images used need to have appropriate copy rights.

Open mind to other design suggestions.
