We need a new design for the Login page to access our document management system.
It is a web system, in order to access it you need a web browser; so at the end of the competition the design must then be converted into HTML.
Among the files you can see the design of the old login page, as well as the current one.
A design that we like enough is the one of Joomla admin page, or Bing search engine (also in files attached)

Note:
Keep in mind that in this form there should be at least 2 fields: username, password and one selector (Language)

We also like minimal designs, like the one of Windows Phone (Nokia) and the new iOS 7 (Apple products)
