I need some Graphic Design for my Twitch Channel

What I'd honestly like is a theme of something along the lines of giraffes and dinosaurs having an unbirthday tea party (ie alice in wonderland) for my twitch channel.
What I need for my new channel is a background for my OBS, one that if the fullscreen doesn't cover, won't look awkward cut off. (see attached image for reference). A border for my webcam so it's not just a boring box in the corner of my stream. I keep it in the bottom right hand side of OBS for the most part. A profile banner for my twitch page. 6 panels for my channel (Donations, FaQ, Rules, Links, Other, and Schedule). Finally, I need a follow notification image and/or a follow notification banner.

OBS resolution: 1920x1080
Webcam Border resolution: 320x240 (transparent background)
Profile Banner resolution: 900x480
Panel resolution: 320x271 (not a set in stone resolution, transparent background)
Follow Notification Image resolution: 200x200 (not a set in stone resolution, transparent background)

If you're feeling up to it, I'd also like a HUD for when i'm in game on League of Legends.
