Illustrate a 2 x 2 matrix with four roles

Contest Brief

We are looking for someone to help us create a nice graphic representing a 2 x 2 matrix that represents four roles (Ambassador, Specialist, Agent and Practitioner). See what we have at the moment (attached), and how we use it here: http://www.optimice.com.au/demomap.php - click on the 'Connection Archetypes' tab under Network Analytics half way down the page. Here you will also find a description of the four different roles.

We are not looking for the design to be too overwhelming and the white 'spots' need to be visible, so a white background will obviously not work.

      Thanks, how about dimensions? In web page 2x2 matrix is wider than in attached png file, which one of those is preferable?

    Please feel free to use shades of blue/grey, or perhaps the orange you see on our website, as that is used in some of the other graphics/charts you see on the network analytics page (linked to in previous post). Be bold and be distinctive...

    Hi all - thanks for what you have put up, but these aren't what I am looking for ( #1 -#8). The tilted/3D versions will not work as the graphic needs to fit as a background image to the network analytics application (see link in previous post). I am quite proficient in powerpoint, so am not wanting something submitted that looks like you have just used powerpoint to format a picture.

    Hi all - don't want this to be almost identical to what we already have. Please look at the other graphs at http://www.optimice.com.au/demomap.php (scroll down until you see the Network Analytics section and click on the various tabs for inspiration). In essence we need to be able to show the 4 categories in the matrix, but are looking for something that looks exciting and fresh.
