Contest Brief

I am looking or help designing a ~1 inch in height necklace pendant that will be 3D printed in hand-polished sterling silver. For now, I am just looking for a 2D illustration of my concept (level of detail included and style should be similar to http://img15.deviantart.net/6df8/i/2010/335/5/a/heart_in_hands_sketch_by_nasikasakura-d33zob8.png and http://previews.123rf.com/images/katerinamk/katerinamk1201/katerinamk120100007/11787231-female-hands-holding-red-heart-Stock-Vector-hand-heart-drawing.jpg).

The concept of the pendant is two hands holding a heart. Please see attached image for rough sketch of idea and to see the desired placement of the two hands. The fingers on the hands can overlap if needed - the most important thing is for the placement of the hands holding the heart to look natural. Design can be hand drawn or illustrated with a computer, but should be produced in a similar style as the linked images above.

Please note that this illustration is intended for use as a prototype in a business plan competition. As such, I will retain complete copyright ownership over the final design (may require signing off on copyright documentation to verify this). If you have any questions, please let me know.

Hey all - these are getting closer, but I wanted to provide some additional clarification for everybody. I'd like the design to look as if the heart is being held from behind (see here - http://prntscr.com/83uqyq). So the hands should be pointed downwards as if they are cradling the heart. The fingers should touch or overlap. This pendant is being designed for bereaved parents - the idea is "I carry your heart." Thanks!!

  Not 100% necessary, but I like what #14 did with the details on the heart. Since this will be turned into a jewelry pendant, it is nice to visualize some depth to the piece.
