About my business & how it related to what I want
My business is a membership website. A member is entitled for a commission for every friends that enroll as a new member. I need to have a simple 'instructional illustration' to be put at my frontpage/salepage. Some of my target audience are online marketer, social network user...

What I want:
1. I want you 'TO ILLUSTRATE THE PROCESS OF HOW MY BUSINESS CONCEPT WORK'. The illustration MUST be easily understood, eye catching & enticing visitors to register
2. My business concept is 4R - Register(to join, a visitors need to complete the registration & payment process), Refer(User will refer their friends to register at my site through affiliate link), Rewarded (User will be rewarded once their friend successfully register & complete their payment) & Repeat (To generate more income, a member only need to repeat step 2-Refer & 3-Rewarded)
3. The dimension should be roughly 600px X 150px (W x H) with clear background (so that it match my site background)
4. Final format is in PSD & I own the copyright of the illustration
