We need two scoresheets developed for us to provide to our clients so they can keep track of their employee's results at their car dealership. The first will keep track of the amount of Internet leads they receive as well as inbound telephone calls...please see the attached photo of one we created ourselves that is not very pretty but is nonetheless very effective. We would like our logo added at the bottom in a reasonable size so it is noticed but not too big and bulky. Just a nice reminder that we are the source for the sheet.

The second scoresheet will be for clients that just receive inbound internet leads. This visual would be the left side of the attached photo only. In any case, we need it to look polished and professional as we will be distributing this to each of our clients and want it to be a nice representation of our company. Clear and focused is essential.

The finished product must be easy for us to work with. I don't have photoshop or microsoft publisher so it must be produced so I can work with it on a Mac with typical software unless it is absolutely necessary for me to use other software.

Hello...this is the best of the pictures but I can tell you the column headings are as follows from the left:

Internet Appointments Kept - Sales - Total # of Leads

The smaller print on the left says "number of appointments kept divided by the number of leads equals the kept appointment rate"

Next to the lower box it says % of leads

Starting on the right side and working toward the middle it says:

Phone Appointments Kept - Sales - Total # of Calls
