     Thanks for your design,
     We liked:
     - the 3 steps explaination
     - your style
     - the locker thingy
     
     But much of our metaphors shuch as the shortlist and the CV were not explained and we do not clearly see the woman has the power.
     We didn't notice for the hand but no need to fix it.

  #13 is just a presentation on how I would like to deliver the message and not the actual design. More cartoon details will be added later if you approve my approach to communicate the process. There are 3 panels demonstrating the procedure with accompanying short text below. The vertical dash lines divides the process, the arrows will show the flow of interaction (as you can see for B candidate his arrow bounced back by the block). If you like this please let me know so I can begin translating the design. Thank you!

  Sorry I forgot to ask, can we submit initially pencil sketch of the idea and if you like the concept (and script) we can color it later on. This way concepts can be made quickly and finalized before making final coloring...Is this OK? thank you!

     For the style we would pretty simple characters (not too much details, see the two links from where you can draw inspiration in the description above). Also, I saw some of your work and I see that you do kind of manga-like design. I can be good!

     Sorry but last time we used freelancer, we did a guarantee and we had to pay while we weren't happy with the proposed designs. It was a bad experience for us: we had to pay for something we will never use. We don't want to do the same mistake again so we won't guarantee the contest this time.
     
     However, as long as you meet our requirements (see the detailed description we have written above, as well as the comments), we can be sure we will choose a winner.

     Thanks for this preliminary work. We like the style.
     
     However, for your upcoming work, here are some more guidance:
     
     Remember that we are playing with the metaphor of the Corporate/hiring agency. On our website, a lady is like a boss in a company, except that instead of short-listing/hiring staff for work, she short-lists/hires men for romantic relationships.
     
     Of course, this is just for fun, the tone of the illustration/animation has to remain entertaining but we want this concept to clearly appear in the presentation (and it is not really the case on your first vignette).
     
     Also, please read carefully, the detailed requirements above. We will only grant somebody that provides us with a clear and fully explanatory presentation. If you are not sure, look at the "As an example" part of our explanation.
