Ever unlocked achievements in Apps like Duolingo? We are adding Gamification to our App and are looking for a great designer to create illustrations for each of them.

Who we are

We are Vytal, a startup that provides a sustainable and intelligent Packaging-as-a-Service solution for take-away food. Instead of producing a lot of waste when picking up food from the restaurant, the user can get his food in a reusable container. This container can later be returned at any other partner. It's very similar to a library: The usage is completely free, if you bring your bowls back within 14 days.

What we need

For our Gamification feature we want to start with 3 Illustrations. We would like to work together with the winner of the contest to also design the other 7 and new achievements wich will be added in the future.

1. Achievement "Delivery Hero"
The user unlocks this achievement, if he used the delivery feature within the Vytal App.

2. Achievement "Mover"
The user unlocks this achievement, when he returned a food container in a different store than where he picked it up.

3. Achievement "Socialite"
The user unlocks this achievement, when he "rents" 5 food containers at once.

In the Attachment, there are some screenshots of our new App design. So you can get a feel for what style would be a good fit for the existing App. There are also two wireframes, showing how your illustrations might be shown in our App. The first one shows the screen where the user can see all achievements in a grid view. In this wireframe, three achievement illustrations are shown for each row. This is not fixed and can be changed depending on the size of your illustrations. In the second wireframe the achievement illustration is shown larger when the user unlocked a new achievement. Your illustrations should work for both cases or you might need to provide a small and a large variant of it. Please note that you should be able to provide your illustration in a vector format.

    We would prefer something fun and playful. The illustration does not have to directly represent the achievement.

    Some ideas:
    "Mover"
    - a big man from a Moving company
    - an animal which carries the bowl. Maybe a stork?

    "Socialite"
    - a smiling person having a good time
    - multiple friends together

    These are just some random ideas, I am sure you also have great ones!

      I am currently designing the Sociallite achievement and then the other one once i have done with sociallite design. Seems like i can't edit submitted design to add other 2 designs. I will resubmit it later.

    thanks for participating in this contest. I see that a lot of you are only submitting entries for the "Delivery Hero" achievement. Obviously for this one it is the easiest to design. The others require more creativity. Please also add entries for "Socialite" and "Mover" if you want to participate in this contest.

      Hello M Zaoaherul, having an illustration would be nice but it is not necessary. If you do animations, please make sure that you can export them to the Lottie-Format so we could use them in our App easily

      Thanks for the question. I attached two wireframes, which show how the illustrations might be used in the App. When the user unlocks an achievement, the illustration should be also shown in a larger view. But maybe a badge or an icon will work there too
