IT managers are trained in specific technologies which are normally obsolete by the time they reach their position. Can we create a new position that is knowledgeable in the language and need of the users and that is up to date in the latest technology tools ? Will it be useful to have interdisciplinary meeting to discuss how new technology or methodology can be used. How can we improve communication between specialists so they can each understand the requirements and the newest tools available. At my company they don't use infographics, excel pivot tables, training videos, etc, and it is a front line highly technological oriented company.
