Intro and Outro sequence for an online course

I am in the process of creating an online course and I need to have an intro and outro sequence for the videos. The intro should last around 10-15 seconds and the outro should last 5 seconds.

Intro should include a background painting like the ones attached. In the foreground should be a text that says:
top line: "Chris Brandley Art"
bottom line: "Architectural Elements of Italy"
There should also be a small design between the text and background painting the the image attached.

Font I like is "Awesome Birds" or "Sugar and Spice"

We also need some intro and outro music, something uplifting and playful like a ukulele.

If possible, I would like you to deliver the file so that the texts are editable in FCPX (when the time comes to change the texts later down the line)
