  Dear Harshitatech. I am sorry if rejecting entries offends you. This is not my intention. I am new to freelancer so I have not worked out how to rank designs. Perhaps you could tell me how to do this. Before rejecting designs I have always told the supplier why their entry was not suitable. Some have no reference to horses, or the wrong type of horses, or they are just too complicated. The easiest way for me to group the designs that are appealing to me is to reject the ones that I don't find suitable. If it is inappropriate to "reject" designs then I will stop doing this.

     Sealing the contest has its pros and cons.
     
     For the pros- sealing the contest can prevent designers from copying each concept. You may get original ideas for this. Many contestants in freelancer.com tend to improve other people's ideas or other entries which is very unethical. For example- the first entry gets 4 stars, some may try to copy/alter elements from that design thus improving it.
     
     Cons- Some contestants may copy ideas or even an actual artwork from other websites. (eg. shutterstock, deviant art). This happens especially for logo designs.
     
     If ever you do actually pick a winner with a design copied from other websites, usually the contestants will alert you. You can then report this design to the freelancer staff if he/she has violated copyright. The report button can be found on the thumbnail when you point your mouse on it.

     This is what I would suggest if you do not want to seal the contest - do not give stars until the contest is done but instead give private messages to the contestants so that they would know if they are in the right track. But the disadvantage of this is that if you have many entries for your contest, it would be difficult for you to give comments to each contestants (I hope that freelancer.com can enable contest holders to give private ratings to each contestant). But doing this MAY HELP prevent the copying of designs.

  I have been reading some of your feedback about rejecting .You are within your rights to do so if you don't like what you see .it makes it easier for you to check the one's that are left .

  OK, but how do I rate them? In the top corner of my screen I have a link saying you have 8 entries left to rate. When I click on the "rate now" link, nothing happens. If you can tell me how to rate entries I will be more than happy to do this.

  without any feedback or any ratings if you go on rejecting the design's then it will not be helpful for you.... if you organize 100 contests then also you will not get your desired design's... so rate the design's before rejecting. thank you. don't want to waste time here in this contest....

     I had a look at what you sent in and I did reply to your submission telling you exactly why your entry didn't work for me before I rejected it. You haven't sent in an updated image based on my comments, so what more can I do??
