Contest Brief

I am looking for a professional looking landscape flyer for the up coming spring growing season. I would like the flyer to be a half page 8.52 " wide X 5.47 tall.

Below are somethings that I want, other than that be creative and gather the content off of my website at txlawnsmith.com

1) I would like a catchy phrase at the top like "Spring is near Lawnsmith is here" Or something along those lines.

2) I would like the recipients to know that I accept credit cards and that payments are hassle free and can be made online. Maybe just the visa/MC/amex/disc. logo somewhere small.

3) I also what to express Round Up treatments and fire any treatments are included in basic service, as the competition does not offer such service. We can add value to their service by included this.

4) A coupon - $15 off their first service when they agree to recurring services with Lawnsmith

5) obviously contact information I want it to say : Call or text Andrew and then the contact info.

6) we are trying to push our basic mowing service the get more customer who will eventually need other services. that said i would like to see the details of our basic mowing service while also conveying that we the other services that we do.
