Contest Brief

We are looking to create a logo that would be very similar to the beer coaster attached. The logo is for a mobile app called "Trivia Joint". The colors would be red white and black and the design needs to look like a beer coaster. I have attached something we really like as an example. We even like the way the coaster is tilted and not straight.

another example just came in. The name is not Joint Trivia. The proper name is Trivia App. Please follow instructions. If you do something without following instructions, your idea will not win and you are simply wasting your time and ours. What's the point?

based on what I am seeing, the person who creates something almost identical to what I provided will probably win. None of these designs come close to a good concept so far. The focus should bone on "Trivia Joint" Not the word "Trivia". Did you guys study branding or design in school? I'm a bit shocked by the lack of quality entries so far.

another bit of help. start with a circle or a square with rounded corners, Put everything inside the circle or square. If elements go outside the circle or square, it will not be a coaster and will not win.

some more help. Don't use the word "beer" and don't add beer images. Its not a beer product. Its a trivia app. But the final product must look like a beer coaster.

it is essential to be a circle . It has to also have lots of detail like the original idea I uploaded. Any design that looks like it was created in 5 minutes will not be considered. Details like the original image presented will be important.

some more help. Entries are now doing in that look like coasters. But please don't put "TJ" in the design. it won't be a good idea to do that.

Perhaps my instructions are not clear. Another example came in. Owais234 just created a circle with the words Trivia and joint under it. This looks nothing like a beer coaster . In fact, its three things. A circle and two words. Not going to win. Can't you do a search for beer coasters and see some examples?

it has to look like a round or square with rounded corners coaster. If it does not look like a beer coaster, it will not work for us. I highly recommend anyone who wants to win to look at beer coaster examples.
