  i don't understand what happens here you take a logo that other company already used and there is no connexion between the company and the logo it looks like envirement software , anyway it's your problem

  The design you have put five stars in is my design and another of my design you are comparing with this are not the same, probably the colour looks similar. But they are absolutely two different design and my own design. There are some people out there trying to spoil my reputation. I don't have any idea why! However, I am a qualified Graphics designer and the work I do and the service I provide is 100% my own.
  I would suggest you to seal the competition in order to get rid of these kind of bad rumor.

     I believe you are a great designer and both designs (above and recently won) are your original works and they do differ on some details. However, as an ordinary layman that will see both logos, anyone can notice that they look the same "generally". But then it will just be a concern on the clients part. They can file lawsuits on each other whether who copied who. Check this site for some similar-looking logos that have filed cases:

     I believe it is not something against you but the legalities once these logos are used. But still it is the discretion of the client to choose logos. You are a good designer and I believe you will come up with a lot of good designs to keep yourself from rumors or controversy. Sincerely

  The company provides a software as a service in the cloud. The logo doesn't necessary need a cloud as part of the logo.
