  Some artists are really stubborn! I can forgive those who are inspired from the internet, but being inspired from other designers work especially from the same contest? They really got the nerves to even submit with color variations :D What a shame no honor at all, tsk tsk tsk!

     @Takana: Did you really think I'm speaking for myself? I'm simply saying someone here is always making a copy out of someone else' work. Try to look at other contest I've joined, you'll agree with me. I was winning when a copycat stole my idea and became the winner instead. I reported it to support but to no result. I complained because its my right to do so and having a fellow countryman do unethical things like copying from other contestants is shameful. You'll understand if you get to experience such, I myself was annoyed by complains most here do but at the end when something like that was done to you, you can't help but agree why they act such.

     I wasn't name dropping at all but if someone reacts I think he's guilty as charged. Did I ever say I'm the best? I know I'm not but never did I submit an entry that wasn't mine! Looking at your profile it seems your a new bee here so I'd suggest you take a little time to understand all the things that are happening here rather than making assumptions without support. Salamat!

  I don't know whether I have less respect for maidenbrands or viascom. The funny thing is, viascom could have gone to some logo bank and bought a similar looking generic 3d logo for $29.

     Exactly what I've always tried to tell the contest holders. A few days ago there was a music poster competition and a guy simply posted a woodstock poster that was available for sale for around 30 bucks and yet, the contest holder had to pay 200$ for it.

  To all attacking me and my design, I did not copy anything, this is a result of simplifying my concept from #443 which resulted in #445. I have not seen those icons/psd/source you have posted so if there's any similarity it's purely accidental. If you have problems with my design and my concepts please use the report button, if Freelancer finds that my designs are indeed a copy then I'll gladly withdraw them.

     after looking at these and having worked in the design area for over 35 yrs yes the winning logo is copied...whether they turned it upside down or added a change of color it is stilled plagrism....., if the holder wants a lawsuit that to will happen....however the winner will also be held for their part....., I have seen this happen to a logo I did for another client that was not here....it had been in the fold for some 4 yrs...then I saw it of all places here....., I said something even complained...., I stopped for quite awhile....it seems some dont think there is punishment for their actions...their is...and you get a name in the feild

     Sorry but having look at the link that was posted I made this logo first as my submission was on March 11, 2012, the link was later than the date I've made the proposal..please have a look again..Again God knows I did not copy anything, it is my logo that was copied..

     Some freelancers are right, if they chose the winner with a "stock image/s" it is their problem not us.
     we are here to give the Contest Holder the best that we can. Contest Holder is not stupid, let's leave the rest up to them :)

  Maiden, these people are jealous, your design is great and obiously not a copy, its similar but a circle is a circle, so any one using a shape in thier logo is a copycat, what a load of bull,, i hope you win.

     I think that the point is that "some" users are proposing the same or very similar designs in different open contests. So imagine what will happen if the same design will win 2 contests at the same time...

  Dear Freelancer's
  
  We didn't support copied and stolen logos and we hope that everyone only post unique logos.
  
  Because of the 590 entries we can't write a feedback for each of them. We didn't have so much time for this. So we only choose between yes and no. If we rejected one logo so we didn't like the colors or shapes.
  
  For feedback of a specific logo please send us a private message and we will take some time to comment it.
  
  After all this comments we will double check the logos if this are unique or not. And we are glad to further support on this issue.
