Market research, Marketing, Sales & Customer Service / Support are treated as separate functions within most businesses and as discreet services to businesses rather than one cohesive function / service centred on the most important asset for any Business (Customers).
In 2020 I'll launch a commercial agency that offers a one stop shop to finding, getting and keeping customers, CUSTOMERIS3
The "3" at the end of Customeris3 denotes those 3 pillars of commercial focus, FIND (market research / marketing), GET (marketing / sales), & KEEP (Customer Service, Support and Account Management) customers.
During 2019 I'll initially create a blog that creates & hosts articles relevant to the above 3 Pillars. That Blog & the feedback will provide market research so that when launched the Customeris3 Agency is initially focused on those service the market has expressed it's most interested in.
Therefore I need a simple logo that denotes an holistic form of Approach / Agency to traditional finding, getting and keeping customers. (Most Agencies focus on Marketing & Lead generation).
I am a practical, project minded, results orientated individual. Ideally a logo should denote this simplicity of vision and approach; all businesses need customers and need to keep them, by sound project management rather than vague marketing promises we'll deliver whatever the client needs for whatever element of their customer journey they need to improve.
Initially I need a logo for my website www.customeris3.co.uk and other digital (social) media sites. I don't need it for stationary or business cards
