Create a Logo Design

Task Description:

We need a logo for a new Real Estate Company called Trinity Real Estate. However this project is unique in that we are looking for a logo that can be transferred across different areas of the property industry with slight changes (e.g colour) yet still have familiarity for the consumer. For example part of our business model is that we will be involved in Real Estate Sales, Property Management, Insurance and Mortgage Broking. We are wanting a logo that is essentially the same among each sector yet somehow different, plus one "parent logo" that brings them all together as the main company logo.

This probably sounds a bit confusing and so we have attached an example of the type of thing we are looking for. As the designer you can choose to use what we have attached and develop in further, or start completely from scratch.

The best logos will be instantly recognisable, appear professional yet approachable, convey a sense of trust and transparency yet strength and an almost edgey/new feel at the same time.

We are open to any new fonts, colours/tones, symbols, ways to combine/separate the logos etc. Although not a requirement, we would also prefer a logo in which the symbol can be separated from the text and recognisable in its own right. Feel free to have something in there that says "property/real estate" such as a house symbol, however we are looking for something modern that if used for sponsorship opportunities on clothing would fit right in.

We understand it is a bit of a complex design task so feel free to send in lots of options with different text options etc as below.
