We wish that, when we leave this life, the planet we leave behind it's the least possible damaged. This business project it's not just a way to make a living, it's the way we believe we can contribute to the care of our land and the heritage for the next generations.
At Artico we believe clean energy should be valued above the commercial interests of the governments and push other sources of energy.
Why Artico: As a result of global warming, the Artic has changed dramatically during the past decade. The Artic regioin is extremely vulnerable to climate change and its impacts, and over the next 100 years climate change is expected to accelerate, contributing to major physical, ecological, social and economic changes, many of which have already begun. We support green energies that will help minimize the global warming all around the world, we want to try to stop the icebergs of melting and help the nature in the ways we can. We think the green energies are the solution.
What does Ingurumena mean? Environment. It's in Euskera, Basque.
I would like a clean design, ideally showing both words, but I'm open to ideas. What I had in mind it's Artico in a bigger size font, under it “Ingurumena”, in a significantly smaller size. For the colours I was thinking in colours that remind to the Artic, as the blue, and to the sun, as Yellow/Orange. But as said, I'm open to ideas.

Artico es un proyecto empresarial cuyo objeto es la comercialización de energías limpias. Generación de energía eléctrica a partir de paneles fotovoltaicos, potabilización de aguas a partir de procesos exentos de productos químicos...
Nosotros hemos deseado y deseamos dejar, cuando nos vayamos de esta vida, un planeta lo menos lastimado posible. Este proyecto empresarial es, además de una forma de ganarnos la vida, la forma en cómo consideramos que podemos contribuir en el cuidado de nuestra tierra y nuestra herencia para nuestras siguientes generaciones.
Hemos elegido Artico porque es nuestra forma de darle presencia al "ARTICO" nombrándolo, de que se sepa que existe y que es necesario cuidarlo. Nuestra manera de homenajearlo.
En fin, Artico está formado por nuestra ilusión y esperanza en que las energías limpias se valoren por encima de los intereses comerciales de los Gobiernos y de otras fuentes de energías.
Principalmente me gustaría un diseño limpio, la idea que tengo es "Artico" de un mayor tamaño, y debajo de esa palabra tener "ingurumena" en letra significativamente más pequeña. Los colores que tengo en mente son el azul, por el agua y los iceberg, y el amarillo/anaranjado por el sol. Pero eso son solo ideas, estamos abiertos a otras posibilidades.

Don't SEAL the contest you will be flooded with cheap generic/copied logo. when the contest is open other participants will alert you. If any participants wants to hide his design he can do so from his side. Thanks for the contest
