We must catch from logo that football is not just a passion for us, it is more a mission than a challenge...it is more a religion than a hobby... We are just football novices on the long spiritual path to get masters...

The logo should be suitable for a website made in Bootstrap.
We need a logo + the name of the website in a elegant fonts.

We need a logo usable fonts usable separately : a long form (logo+name) and a synthetic version (only logo)

Logo should be clear in small format (icon format).

We need as much as version of file as possible (especially illustrator for logo and fonts).

It has to be creative, smart, simple and powerful

Hi,
When rejecting a design, would it be possible for you to give some kind of feedback as to why the design wasn't suitable. Designers lose points when a design is rejected outright. Feedback also helps the designer home in on the exact concept you require. Rejecting entries with no feedback has a negative effect on the contest and dissuades designers from submitting more entries.

  no worries. I actually think it's down to Freelancer to make it more clear to contest holders about the impact of rejecting designs. But feedback is also very important.
