Contest Brief

I need a logo in editable vector form (.ai) for the new blog "Sinnvolle Arbeit" (it's german and means "meaningful work“) that shall be scaled to 360x100px for the logo PNG but shall also be useable for print. The blog design uses Googles Roboto Font.

The blog is is targeted at career changers in the age range 30-55 who are looking for an alternative to their dull and boring jobs.
Middle aged career changers are confronted with breaks and ruptures in their lifes, they often search long time for a new way and don't want to continue in the same old way.
So the logo shouldn't use make use of things they want to leave behind, e.g. bar charts or trendlines. It needs to be modern (to show that they'll find something new, out-of-the-box-thinking here) and also a touch conservative, catering the age.

For your reference, the blog is build with wordpress and the Ideabox Prism Pro theme with green color scheme (see attached image).

Meaningful work doesn't necessarily implies working in the green sector (although the basic color of the blog is green). Green stands for hope and NOT for ecology. This citation from color psychology explains the choice: "Being a combination of yellow and blue, green encompasses the mental clarity and optimism of yellow with the emotional calm and insight of blue, inspiring hope and a generosity of spirit not available from other colors."

    I see a lot of leaf-like elements in the entries. Meaningful work doesn't necessarily implies working in the green sector (although the basic color of the blog is green). Green stands for hope and not ecology.       I want to use it in different sizes, e.g. favIcon, blog logo, logo for printed page... so I want it in a lossless scalable format and I want to have to option to tweak it - if neccessary.
