Contest Brief

I am looking for professional logo designer to make logo for "CVC" (Colleague Voice Committee)

Mechanics:

1. Multiple entries are allowed.
2. Must be Innovative design.
3. Deadline for the submission is 11th Feb.
4. Explanation behind the logo.
5. Should be unique design, ( Do not copy from google)
6. Required formats, (EPS,AI,Layered PSD,JPG,PNG,PDF)

this logo is for big international group of company contains 22 countries and 70+ divisions, so i need the perfection of work please, if win, huge work will come in next 8 months.

Preferences:

Hand made : A calligraphic, handwritten or script font. (but open to all kinds od design)
initials : Monogram with Company name initials.
these are the two pattern i am focusing on.

NB: you have to provide the explanation behind the logo also ie, what is the logo telling.logo for "colleague voice committee", do not publish this logo in portfolio or google for any reasons
